Who can adopt from Vietnam?

• Married couples, single women and single men can adopt and do not have to be married for a specified amount of time.

• Parents must be at least 25 years of age. 

Children Available for Adoption

• Children 2 months of age through school age children are available for adoption. 
  
• You may be able to adopt two children if they are siblings.
  
• Healthy children are available and adoptive parents are provided with a medical report.  There have been instances of children returning with minor health problems and the adoptive parent must be educated regarding this risk.
• Children available for adoption are living in Vietnam orphanages which are generally well staffed.
• The children may not receive nutrition to U.S. standards.
  
• Children’s ethnicity is Asian
